The blue part describes "heart / feeling".

The red part describes "to die".

    忙 means "busy".

    For example...

    忙しい(isogashii):busy
    多忙(taboo):very busy
    忙殺(boosatsu):super busy

    If you work too hard, your heart might die!
    Be careful!! (◎_◎)
